1. NO refunds after I finish the sketching phase- 75% of the refunded will be issued if requested during this time. A 100% refund will be issued if I have not begun sketching.
2. I have a right to refuse any commission request without the need of an explanation.
3. Any cancellations must be requested within 24hrs from contacting me.
4. I can preserve any and all rights to the commission (ex. promotions, reproduction, & distribution)
5. The client ordering this commission may not edit, distribute, claim credit, trace or profit in any such way from this commission unless you pay the commercial rights fee.
6. Without MY consent, you (the client) will not replicate or reproduce any copyrighted materials
7. The client may not resell my artwork for NFT's or be used for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in anyway whatsoever.
8. Please credit me as your artist (@evelyn_evania) if you promote this art on your social media.
General Terms & Processes

- I will NOT create or draw any:
1. Furries
2. Gore
3. Disturbing/horror imagery
4. Chibis
5. Male characters
6. Hentai (Completely Nude or Acts of sexual matter)
- Commissions will be sketched and illustration on the program Clip Studio Paint
- The drawing process will begin after the full payment has been received in USD via PayPal.
- You may have up to 5 alterations during the entire illustration process.
- After full payment the entire illustration process may take anywhere between 1 and 6 weeks.
